Information We Collect and Process

When using ChebaMan Dance, the following categories of information are processed:

• Account Information: When signing in with Google, we receive your basic profile identifiers (such as email address and user identifier) to authenticate your session and maintain ownership of your purchased credits and generated videos.
• Uploaded Photos: Front-facing portrait photos that you choose to upload for dance video generation.
• Generated Dance Videos: The resulting 15-second MP4 dance videos generated from your uploaded photos.
• Transaction & Credit Records: Order identifiers, purchased credit packages, and generation task history to maintain your credit balance and fulfill orders. Credit/debit card numbers are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Technical & Essential Data: IP addresses, browser headers, and essential operational logs used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and service availability. Essential session cookies are used for sign-in and language preferences.
• Browser Drafts: When you select a photo, a temporary copy may be cached in your local browser IndexedDB for up to 30 minutes so your selection survives sign-in or payment returns. Clearing your browser data removes this local copy.

Storage and Access Controls

• Private Cloud Storage: Uploaded photos and generated dance videos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 object storage (bucket: chebamandance-private).
• Access Authentication: Access to your uploaded photos and generated video downloads requires valid authentication and ownership checks. Direct access by unauthorized parties or anonymous requests is denied.
• No Public Publishing by Default: Your uploaded photos and personal creations remain private to your account and are not published to the public showcase without explicit permission.

Third-Party Processors and Service Providers

To deliver the service, certain data is shared with the following third-party infrastructure and processing providers:

• EvoLink (AI Video Generation): When you submit a video generation task, your uploaded portrait photo and the site's dance reference video are transmitted to EvoLink for video generation processing. This applies to both Face Swap mode and Full-Body Character & Outfit mode. The resulting video is retrieved and saved to our private Cloudflare storage.
• Stripe (Payment Processing): Checkout transactions for credit packs are handled directly by Stripe. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy policy.
• Google (Authentication): Google OAuth is used for user sign-in and identity verification.
• Cloudflare (Hosting & Database): Website hosting, serverless execution (Workers), database storage (D1), and private media storage (R2) are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure.
• Site Analytics: Where enabled and permitted, aggregated usage metrics may be processed via Google Analytics, Umami, and Microsoft Clarity to understand performance and site navigation.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: Uploaded photos and generated videos are retained in your private account library while your account remains active so that you can view and download your videos.
• Deletion Schedule: We do not run an automated background deletion cron or guarantee a fixed automatic expiration period on server storage.
• Manual Deletion Requests: You may request the deletion of your account, uploaded photos, and generated videos at any time by contacting us at support@chebamandance.com. We verify account ownership prior to processing deletion requests.
