Last updated: 2026-10-18

Product and Operator

ChebaMan Dance (https://chebamandance.com) is an AI photo-to-video service operated by an individual independent developer under the product brand ChebaMan Dance.

Product support and legal inquiries can be sent to support@chebamandance.com.

Photo Use and Content Guidelines

  • Ownership and Consent: You must only upload photos you own or have the explicit legal right and permission to use, including consent from any identifiable person depicted in the photo.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not upload unlawful content, non-consensual intimate imagery, hateful or harassing material, or content that infringes upon the intellectual property or personal rights of others.
  • Private Studio Handling: Uploaded photos and resulting creations are kept private to your account. Selecting a photo does not grant us permission to publish the photo or person for public advertising without separate consent.

Payments, Credit Packs and Usage

  • Approved Pricing: The official one-time credit packages are:
    • £6.99 for 1 video generation (1 credit)
    • £17.99 for 3 video generations (3 credits)
    • £39.99 for 8 video generations (8 credits) All prices are in GBP. Final totals are displayed and confirmed on the secure Stripe checkout page.
  • Generation Modes & Consumption: Both Face Swap mode and Full-Body Character & Outfit mode cost 1 credit per 15-second video generation.
  • Credit Debits and Failures: Generation deducts credits server-side upon task submission. If a generation task encounters an unrecoverable system failure, the reserved credit is automatically returned to your account balance. Returning a generation credit is not a monetary refund of a card transaction.
  • Payment Provider: Stripe handles online checkout securely. Payment card credentials are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

Availability and Termination

We strive to keep the service accessible and operational, but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free generation given the stochastic nature of AI image and video processing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse system resources.
